In a continued effort to support the local community in Manipur, the Army organized a medical camp at the Brightway Foundation Orphanage in Terakhong, Bishnupur district, on October 16, 2024.
The camp aimed to provide essential medical assistance to the orphaned children residing at the facility. A dedicated team of Army doctors offered consultations, treatments, and medications to 52 children, including 29 girls.
Despite the ongoing challenges faced in the region, the Army remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering healthcare services to those in need. The initiative reflects the Army's broader mission of community service and welfare, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive vital health support. (PR)
