On November 27, 2024, the Army Institute of Nursing (AIN), Guwahati, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Projects Construction Corporation (NPCC) Ltd, Guwahati. The collaboration designates NPCC as the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) for the construction of the institute’s new campus at Narakasur Hill, Kahilipara, Guwahati.
The MoU was officially signed at the Headquarters of 51 Sub Area, with Maj Gen RD Sharma, Chairman of AIN and General Officer Commanding of HQ 51 Sub Area, representing the Army Institute of Nursing. Dr. YL Singh, Group General Manager, signed the agreement on behalf of NPCC Ltd.
This partnership marks a key milestone in the realization of a modern and state-of-the-art campus for the Army Institute of Nursing, enhancing its infrastructure to cater to the educational and professional needs of its students.
