The three-day affair brought together key stakeholders to debate and strategize on the policy framework for Naval Schools, with a special emphasis on executing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

The meeting featured important discussions of the Executive Committee, the Management Advisory Committee (MAC), and the Academic Advisory Committee (AAC). Senior officers from Naval Headquarters and leaders from Naval Schools across the country also attended the event.

Stressing the significance of the NEP 2020, he called for its effective implementation and suggested school management teams to ensure a complete understanding of its doctrines.

“The NEP is not just a policy but a transformative framework that strives to prepare our students with important life skills alongside academic learning,” said Vice Admiral McCarty. He also urged schools to develop a holistic learning environment that motivates students to excel in both academics and co-curricular activities.
